Sajadaah shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.

Customers are not required to create an account to browse the Website or place an order. Orders may be placed using the guest checkout functionality provided by Shopify.

You remain responsible for ensuring all information submitted during checkout is complete and accurate.

Sajadaah makes reasonable efforts to ensure all product information displayed on the Website is accurate.

• Availability

Product colors may vary due to screen settings. Handmade products may contain slight variations. These are not defects.

All products subject to availability. Adding to cart does not reserve inventory. Sajadaah reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders where stock becomes unavailable.

All prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Sajadaah reserves the right to modify prices, correct errors, or withdraw discounts without prior notice. Price changes do not affect accepted orders except where a genuine pricing error has occurred.

Submission does not constitute acceptance. Orders accepted only after review and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Sajadaah reserves the right to verify any order before dispatch. Verification may include telephone confirmation, WhatsApp, delivery address verification, or customer identity confirmation. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

Promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, may expire without notice, and are subject to stock availability. Abuse of promotions may result in cancellation of orders or suspension of future purchases.

Sajadaah operates exclusively on Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

Online card payments, bank transfers, and digital wallet payments are not currently accepted.

After an order is placed, customers may receive confirmations through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or telephone.

Sajadaah delivers within Pakistan only.

Delivery coverage depends on courier partners. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Security situations
• Courier delays
• Remote locations
• Government restrictions

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

• Full recipient name
• Valid mobile number
• House or building number
• Street name
• Area or locality
• City
• Province
• Landmark (where applicable)

Sajadaah not responsible for delays or losses from inaccurate addresses.

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

• Customer is unavailable
• Address is incorrect
• Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
• Customer cannot be contacted

The order may be returned to Sajadaah. Repeated unsuccessful deliveries may result in refusal of future orders.

Unjustified refusal of properly dispatched COD orders may result in cancellation of future orders, restriction of purchasing privileges, or refusal to process subsequent orders.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the parcel at delivery. If the parcel appears significantly damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact Sajadaah.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance. Ownership transfers only after full COD payment has been received by the authorized courier.

Governed by the separate Return & Refund Policy. Return requests accepted only where eligibility criteria are satisfied. Sajadaah reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any remedy.

Handled only where permitted under the Return & Refund Policy and relevant law. Refund approval remains at Sajadaah's discretion where consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Sajadaah may cancel orders prior to dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational constraints.

Unless expressly stated, products are provided without additional commercial warranty beyond rights available under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sajadaah disclaims implied warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and compatibility with individual preferences.

Customers are responsible for using and maintaining products in accordance with ordinary care and any instructions provided. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, excessive wear, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.

Sajadaah shall not be liable for delay, interruption, or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, governmental actions, internet outages, cyber incidents, and courier failures.

By placing an order, customers consent to receiving communications reasonably necessary for order processing and customer service, including confirmations, dispatch notifications, delivery updates, customer support responses, and verification requests.

Customer support responses and operational services are generally provided during business hours. Response times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume. Reasonable delays shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Sajadaah, including business name, logos, brand identity, product descriptions, Website design, graphics, images, videos, catalogs, source code, databases, text, marketing materials, copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary content.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell, license, distribute, mirror, create derivative works, reverse engineer, remove copyright notices, use automated scraping tools, download customer databases, collect customer information, or extract product catalogs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users agree to use the Website responsibly and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law
• Submit false information
• Impersonate another individual
• Interfere with Website security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious software
• Distribute viruses
• Perform denial-of-service attacks
• Abuse customer support representatives

• Use the Website for unlawful commercial purposes
• Attempt to manipulate product prices
• Abuse promotional campaigns
• Create multiple fraudulent orders
• Circumvent Website security
• Interfere with Website infrastructure
• Use automated purchasing software
• Submit misleading reviews
• Misrepresent affiliations with Sajadaah

Where users submit reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, testimonials, or other content:

• You represent you own or have necessary rights
• You grant Sajadaah a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license
• Your content will not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful material

Sajadaah reserves the right to remove or refuse any user-generated content.

While Sajadaah endeavors to ensure information published on the Website is accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur including pricing errors, typographical errors, product descriptions, availability information, technical inaccuracies, and image discrepancies. Sajadaah reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Website and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sajadaah makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous Website availability, error-free operation, freedom from viruses, compatibility with every device, accuracy of third-party information, or uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sajadaah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or relating to:

• Use of the Website
• Inability to access the Website
• Delayed deliveries caused by third parties
• Technical failures
• Internet interruptions
• Cyber incidents
• Product misuse
• Customer negligence
• Force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to customer accounts or devices

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sajadaah, its owners, officers, employees, representatives, service providers, affiliates, and business partners from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the Website
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Fraudulent conduct
• Submission of false information
• Unauthorized use of another person's identity

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

Collection, storage, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by Sajadaah's separate Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with that Policy.

The Website may integrate or rely upon third-party services including Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, courier companies, cloud hosting providers, and Website security services.

Such third-party providers operate independently under their own legal terms and privacy practices. Sajadaah shall not be responsible for their independent acts, omissions, policies, or systems except where liability arises under applicable law.

Sajadaah reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Website or its services where a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Engages in fraudulent conduct
• Misuses promotional offers
• Attempts unauthorized access
• Threatens Website security
• Provides false information
• Repeatedly refuses legitimate COD orders
• Engages in abusive or unlawful conduct

Sajadaah may terminate or discontinue any user's access to the Website or refuse future services where continued access is considered inconsistent with these Terms, operational requirements, or applicable law. Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, only the conflicting provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to achieve compliance.

Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, use of the Website, purchase of products, or any transaction conducted through Sajadaah shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact Sajadaah in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. Where reasonably possible:

1. Submit a written complaint
2. Sajadaah will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe
3. Both parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute

By using the Website or providing your contact details, you consent to receive electronic communications from Sajadaah relating to:

• Order confirmations
• Shipping updates
• Delivery notifications
• Customer support responses
• Verification requests
• Policy updates where required
• Other service-related communications

Any notice or communication intended for Sajadaah should be sent through our official contact channels. Sajadaah may communicate with customers through email, WhatsApp, telephone, SMS, Website announcements, or other reasonable electronic communication methods.

Sajadaah reserves the right to modify, revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

If any provision is declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, where not possible, shall be deemed severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure or delay in exercising any right shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver shall be effective only if expressly made in writing by an authorized representative. A waiver of one breach shall not constitute a waiver of any future or continuing breach.

Customers may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Sajadaah may assign or transfer its rights or obligations where reasonably necessary.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published by Sajadaah, constitute the complete agreement and supersede all prior understandings, discussions, negotiations, communications, or representations.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, agency, or fiduciary relationship between Sajadaah and any customer. Customers act solely as independent purchasers.

The following provisions shall survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Privacy Obligations, Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, Confidentiality, and any accrued payment or legal obligations.
