Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. We are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards and accurately reflect the descriptions provided on our Website.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all purchases made through Sajadaah.com for delivery within Pakistan. As Sajadaah currently operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions described in this Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in limited circumstances and only where all applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
A return request may be considered only if:
- The request is submitted within the prescribed reporting period.
- The product qualifies under this Policy.
- The product remains unused.
- The product is returned in its original condition.
- Original tags, labels, accessories, inserts, manuals (if any), and packaging are retained where applicable.
- The returned product successfully passes our inspection after receipt.
Approval of a return request is not automatic and remains subject to verification by Sajadaah.
3. Return Request Period
24 hours
from the time the order is successfully delivered
Customers must notify Sajadaah and initiate a return request within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order is successfully delivered.
Submitting a return request within 24 hours does not automatically mean that the return has been approved. All requests are reviewed individually after verification.
4. Eligible Reasons for Return
A return request may be approved only if one or more of the following situations applies:
A. Wrong Product Received
If the delivered product is materially different from the product confirmed in your order.
Examples include:
- Incorrect product, design, size, variant, or quantity
B. Damaged Product
If a product arrives physically damaged during delivery, provided the customer reports within 24 hours, retains original packaging, and provides clear photographs or videos.
C. Defective Product
If the delivered product contains a manufacturing defect that existed at the time of delivery. Sajadaah reserves the right to inspect the product before determining whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns shall generally not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Customer no longer wants the product
- Customer ordered the wrong item
- Customer dislikes the colour after delivery
- Customer dislikes the texture or feel
- Customer ordered by mistake
- Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings
- Minor size variations within normal manufacturing tolerance
- Products showing signs of use
- Products that have been washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging
- Requests submitted after the applicable reporting period
6. Customized or Personalized Products
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, engraved, embroidered, or specially manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the wrong customized product was supplied, the product arrives damaged, or the product contains a verified manufacturing defect.
7. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must:
✓ Be unused
✓ Be unwashed
✓ Be free from stains, perfumes, or odors
✓ Include original packaging and accessories
Products failing inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer without refund.
8. Return Approval Process
Before returning any product, customers must first obtain authorization from Sajadaah. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
9. Return Shipping
Where Sajadaah shipped the wrong product, the product arrived damaged, or contains a verified defect:
Sajadaah will bear the reasonable return shipping cost.
10. Inspection of Returns
Upon receipt, Sajadaah will inspect the returned product to verify eligibility. The outcome determines whether the return and refund request is approved.
11. Refund Eligibility
- Request initiated within 24 hours
- Return authorized by Sajadaah
- Product passes inspection
- Issue falls within eligible reasons
12. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer. Sajadaah does not currently issue refunds through Easypaisa or JazzCash.
13. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and the refund has been approved, Sajadaah will process the refund within a reasonable operational timeframe.
14. No Exchange Policy
Sajadaah does not offer product exchanges
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed instead of issuing an exchange.
15. Refunds Will Not Be Issued
- Request made after 24-hour period
- Product used, washed, or altered
- Change of mind
- Customer ordered incorrect product
- Product matches description on Website
- Returned product fails inspection
- Customized or personalized items
16. Refusal of COD Orders
Repeated refusal of properly dispatched COD orders may result in cancellation of future orders or restriction of purchasing privileges.
17. Fraudulent Claims
Zero-tolerance approach. False claims may result in rejection of claims, refusal of future orders, suspension of access, and recovery of losses.
18. Limitation of Liability
Sajadaah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from customer misuse, courier delays, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
19. Relationship with Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable policies.
20. Changes to this Policy
Sajadaah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
21. Governing Law
Governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Shipping Policy
At Sajadaah, we are committed to ensuring that every order is processed carefully, packed securely, and delivered efficiently.
1. Shipping Coverage
Sajadaah currently delivers only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability, order verification, successful confirmation, and internal quality checks.
3. Order Verification
May include telephone confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, or verification of delivery information.
4. Dispatch Time
Reasonable efforts to dispatch as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary based on availability and operational circumstances.
5. Delivery Time
Most deliveries completed within the estimated timeframe. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances.
6. Shipping Charges
Applicable charges are clearly displayed during checkout. Promotional campaigns may offer free shipping or discounted delivery.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Sajadaah shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect information.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Sajadaah accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its only payment method. Customers must ensure payment is ready upon delivery.
9. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned to Sajadaah.
10. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the parcel before accepting delivery. Visible damage should be reported immediately.
11. Risk of Loss
Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the shipment.
12. Delayed Deliveries
Sajadaah shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier network issues, weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
13. Unsuccessful Deliveries
May result from unavailability, incorrect address, inability to contact, refusal without valid reason, or non-payment. Order may be cancelled.
14-15. Damaged/Incorrect Deliveries
Report within 24 hours with order number, clear photographs, and a brief description. We will work with you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
16. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Be available to receive the shipment
- Make COD payment
- Report shipping issues within 24 hours
17. Force Majeure
Sajadaah shall not be liable for delays or failures arising from events beyond reasonable control.
