Shipping Coverage
Sajadaah currently delivers only within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery availability depends on the operational coverage of our courier partners. Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability, order verification, successful confirmation, internal quality checks, and operational approval.
Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance. Orders are processed only after they have been reviewed and confirmed by our team.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.
Order Verification
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, Sajadaah may verify an order before dispatch.

Delivery Time
Most deliveries completed within the estimated timeframe. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, traffic, public holidays, religious holidays, security situations, natural disasters, courier delays, or remote locations.
Shipping Charges
Applicable charges are clearly displayed during checkout. Promotional campaigns may offer free shipping or discounted delivery, subject to their respective terms.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Sajadaah shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect information.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Sajadaah accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its only payment method. Customers must ensure payment is ready upon delivery. Failure may result in cancellation and restrictions.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to Sajadaah.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of the parcel before accepting delivery. Visible damage should be reported immediately.
Risk of Loss
Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the shipment. Ownership transfers only after COD payment is received.
Delayed Deliveries
Sajadaah shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier network issues, weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, security situations, or force majeure events.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
May result from unavailability, incorrect address, inability to contact, refusal without valid reason, or non-payment. The order may be cancelled and returned to Sajadaah.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged during transit, contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of outer packaging
- Clear photographs of shipping label
- Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a product different from the one confirmed in your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will work with you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy to provide an appropriate resolution.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Be available to receive the shipment
- Make the required COD payment
- Inspect the parcel upon delivery where reasonably possible
- Report shipping issues within 24 hours
- Cooperate with any reasonable verification process
Failure to comply may affect our ability to resolve delivery-related concerns.
Force Majeure
Sajadaah shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipping arising from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, power failures, internet outages, or courier operational interruptions.

Governing Law
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
