Participation is primarily intended for individuals and businesses capable of promoting products to customers within Pakistan.

Participation is not automatic.

Every applicant must submit an application through the official process designated by Sajadaah.

Approved applicants will receive confirmation together with instructions for accessing their Affiliate account, promotional materials, or tracking links.

Approval may be subject to identity verification, business verification, or other reasonable compliance checks.

Applications may be rejected where false information is provided, the applicant operates unlawful websites, promotes misleading content, has previously violated Sajadaah policies, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, notifying Sajadaah of unauthorized access, maintaining accurate information, and using the account only for lawful purposes.

Affiliates participate solely as independent contractors. No employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, franchise, or fiduciary relationship is created.

Promote Sajadaah honestly and professionally, provide accurate information, avoid misleading advertising, comply with laws, respect intellectual property, and maintain ethical marketing practices.

No misrepresentation, false claims, deceptive marketing, unlawful content, fraudulent methods, tracking manipulation, fake traffic, or automated commission generation.

Each approved Affiliate receives a unique Affiliate Link. Only officially issued tracking links may be used. Affiliates may not modify, alter, mask, redirect, or manipulate tracking links.

From the customer's first valid click on the Affiliate Link, provided all other Program requirements are satisfied.

Of the net value of each Qualifying Sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commission rates may be revised for promotional campaigns or specific product categories.

• Customer used a valid Affiliate Link
• Order was successfully verified
• Order was delivered successfully
• Full COD payment was received
• Customer did not return the product within 24 hours
• Order was not cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent

A commission is considered pending immediately after a tracked order is placed.

A commission becomes approved only after the order has been verified, delivered, COD payment completed, and the 24-hour return period has passed without a return request.

• Returned products
• Refunded purchases
• COD orders refused by the customer
• Orders that cannot be delivered
• Fraudulent transactions
• Duplicate orders
• Self-purchases
• Internal test orders

Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made for themselves, through family members, household members, or associated persons for the primary purpose of generating commission.

Where an order is returned or refunded, no commission shall be payable. Any pending commission shall be cancelled. Any approved commission may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

No commission shall be payable where the customer refuses delivery, refuses payment, or the courier is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect customer information.

Sajadaah reserves the right to adjust, withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions where pricing errors, fraud, duplicate commissions, cancellations, returns, refunds, technical errors, or violations are identified.

Balances below this threshold will automatically roll forward until the minimum payout amount has been reached.

Approved commissions are generally paid once each calendar month, subject to internal verification, compliance, minimum threshold, and complete payment information.

Payment dates may vary due to public holidays, banking schedules, compliance reviews, or operational requirements.

Approved Affiliate commissions are currently paid only through bank transfer.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate banking information.

Affiliates are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes.

Sajadaah may temporarily withhold commissions during fraud investigations, payment verification, unusual activity, compliance reviews, or legal obligations.

Affiliates must notify Sajadaah in writing within 30 days of the relevant payout statement. Include account details, transaction information, and a clear explanation.

Sajadaah maintains records of click tracking, order verification, commission calculations, approved sales, and payment history.

Participation does not guarantee any minimum income, commission level, customer volume, website traffic, or financial return.

• Avoid misleading or deceptive statements
• Protect the reputation of the Sajadaah brand

• Blogs
• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest
• WhatsApp Business
• Other approved digital platforms

Affiliates must not pretend to represent Sajadaah officially, create fake testimonials, publish misleading reviews, purchase fake followers, or engage in deceptive marketing.

Where required, clearly indicate that a commission may be earned.

Affiliates may not send promotional emails on behalf of Sajadaah without prior written authorization. Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) is strictly prohibited.

Without prior written approval, Affiliates may not bid on the keyword "Sajadaah" in search advertising, purchase ads using the brand name, register domains incorporating the trademark, or impersonate the Company.

Affiliates may not promote Sajadaah through coupon aggregation websites, cashback platforms, voucher websites, discount code directories, or incentivized reward platforms unless expressly approved in writing.

The names Sajadaah, logos, trademarks, graphics, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Sajadaah. Affiliates may not modify logos, alter brand colours, or create confusingly similar branding.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Sajadaah or its licensors. Participation grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use approved promotional materials.

Affiliates may receive confidential information relating to marketing campaigns, sales strategies, business operations, and commission structures. Such information must be kept confidential.

Sajadaah reserves the right to monitor Affiliate activities, including review of promotional websites, social media content, advertising methods, and unusual referral activity. Affiliates agree to cooperate with compliance reviews.

Sajadaah maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity including fake orders, artificial traffic, cookie stuffing, click fraud, fake customer accounts, identity manipulation, automated purchasing, commission manipulation, and misleading advertisements.

• Must not collect customer information without lawful authority
• Must not sell customer information
• Must not share personal data with unauthorized parties

Sajadaah reserves the right to suspend an Affiliate account immediately where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, repeated policy violations, damage to reputation, or illegal conduct.

Affiliates are encouraged to promptly report suspected misuse of the Program, including fraudulent Affiliates, trademark misuse, fake advertisements, unauthorized coupon websites, and identity impersonation.

Participation is voluntary and may be terminated by either party. Sajadaah may terminate an Affiliate account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud, law violations, trademark misuse, reputation damage, false information, or manipulation of tracking systems.

• Affiliate Links may be deactivated
• Must discontinue use of trademarks and materials
• Confidential information must be returned or deleted
• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from breach

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sajadaah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from participation, technical interruptions, tracking delays, banking delays, lost business opportunities, or force majeure events.

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sajadaah from any claims arising from breach of these Terms, violation of laws, misleading advertising, infringement of intellectual property, negligent or fraudulent conduct, or unauthorized use of Sajadaah's brand.

Sajadaah shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet failures, cybersecurity incidents, banking interruptions, or power failures.

Sajadaah reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing by an authorized representative.

Affiliates may not assign rights without prior written consent. Sajadaah may assign rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

These Terms, together with Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any Program guidelines, constitute the entire agreement.

Governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
