1. What is Sajadaah? +

Sajadaah is a Pakistan-based online store dedicated to offering carefully selected Islamic products, prayer essentials, and meaningful lifestyle items that combine quality, comfort, and elegant craftsmanship.

2. Where do you deliver? +

At present, Sajadaah delivers only within Pakistan. International shipping is not currently available.

3. Do I need to create an account to place an order? +

No. You can place your order using our secure guest checkout without creating an account.

4. Is shopping on Sajadaah safe? +

Yes. Our website operates on Shopify's secure infrastructure and uses industry-standard encryption technologies to help protect your personal information during your shopping experience.


Orders

5. How do I place an order? +

Simply:

  1. Browse our products.
  2. Add your desired items to the cart.
  3. Proceed to Checkout.
  4. Enter your delivery details.
  5. Confirm your Cash on Delivery order.

Our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

6. Can I modify my order after placing it? +

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with modifications.

Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

7. Can I cancel my order? +

Yes. Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Why was my order cancelled? +

Orders may occasionally be cancelled due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Inability to verify the order
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Operational limitations
  • Delivery restrictions

Payment

9. Which payment methods do you accept? +

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made directly to the courier upon successful delivery.

10. Can I pay online? +

Not at this time. We currently operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery model throughout Pakistan.

11. Are there any hidden charges? +

No. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.


Shipping & Delivery

12. How long does delivery take? +

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown during checkout.

However, delivery may occasionally take longer due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Remote service areas
  • Operational circumstances beyond our reasonable control
13. How can I track my order? +

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared where available through the courier or our support team.

14. What happens if I'm unavailable at the time of delivery? +

The courier may attempt delivery again according to their operational policy.

If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to Sajadaah.

15. Can someone else receive my parcel? +

Yes. Any person available at the provided delivery address may receive the parcel and complete the Cash on Delivery payment on your behalf.


Products

16. Will the product look exactly like the pictures? +

We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product photographs accurately represent the actual products.

However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Mobile displays
  • Lighting during photography
  • Handmade product characteristics
  • Natural material variations

These minor differences are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

17. How do I care for my products? +

We recommend following any care instructions provided with the product.

Proper handling and storage will help maintain the product's appearance and durability.


Returns & Refunds

18. Can I return a product? +

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Each return request is reviewed individually after verification.

19. When will I receive my refund? +

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable operational procedures.

Processing times may vary depending on verification requirements.

20. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? +

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order. To help us investigate quickly, kindly provide:
