Estimated Delivery
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day. Delivery is typically 5–7 business days from dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Order Processing
All prayer mats are carefully packaged before dispatch. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend orders are handled the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all major cities and regions. Charges and estimated times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Handling in Transit
Sajadaah mats contain sensitive electronics. Each unit ships with protective padding. If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
Track Your Order
After dispatch you'll receive a confirmation email and call with a tracking number. No update within 2 business days of ordering? Reach out to our support team.
Returns & Exchanges
Return any item within 30 days of delivery — unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Items showing signs of use may not qualify.
Defective Items
Manufacturing defects within the warranty period get a free replacement or full refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving a faulty product with photos or a short video.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days past the estimated date, contact us. We'll investigate any delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues.
